ABOUT DEREK

Derek specializes in movement and rehabilitation. Having personally experienced severe debilitating sciatic back pain and undergoing a spinal surgery at a young age, he prioritizes quality of movement and resiliency, training in an enjoyable, and therefore sustainable manner.

Utilizing a blend of techniques from Animal Flow, Fighting Monkey, and loaded movement training, he aims to help ihis clients improve their body awareness, movement capabilities and raise their strength ceiling in a fun, engaging way.
